How do I join or unregister to a Live Class? Depending on the package you choose, you will have access to a certain number of Live Classes. You can choose the classes you register for, and you can register for them at any time within the validity of your package. If you run out of Live Classes you can buy more. What is a Tutorial? Tutorials are 45-minute private lessons between you and one of our highly-qualified teachers. They are designed to give you the personal attention you need to achieve your target score. You can choose the topic/skill you want to focus on for each tutorial. For example, you can get help with challenging parts of the listening or reading coursework, you can ask detailed questions about the feedback from your writing or speaking assessments, or you can just bring along somePopularHow do I book/cancel/reschedule a Tutorial?
How do I book/cancel/reschedule a Tutorial? When you book a Tutorial, YOU choose a date and time that is convenient for you; you will be allocated a teacher who is available at that time. Tutorials cannot be booked within the next 24 hours, but you can book them up to 7 days in advance. If your package includes tutorials, they become bookable from the Tutorials section. What should I do before the appointment? What is a Group Class?
What is a Group Class? A Group Class is an E2 feature where 1-7 students join each other in a Zoom session with a teacher. These are available for Writing and Speaking for PTE and IELTS, and for Speaking for OET. In a Group Writing class, you will work on specific writing question types with unique material created by our E2 Test Prep experts.
