How do I join my small group class?

After you buy your Group Class, you will receive an email to your registered email address with important information about your class. Please check your spam/junk folder too if you don't receive this.

Please make sure you read all of this prior to your class.

You will also receive a meeting invitation with the zoom link at this time.

You will also see your registered status to the right of class that you have signed up for.

Please follow these steps to successfully join your class:

1. Read the email you get when you buy the class.
2. Plan to use a laptop or desktop computer for this session with the Google Chrome browser and test Zoom on this computer at https://zoom.us/test 
3. If you have any trouble with the test, please reach out to our student support team. 
4. You will receive a reminder email with the same Zoom link 10 minutes before the class.
5. A few minutes before class, click on the Zoom link in one of the reminder emails or in the small group class event in your E2 Test Prep Calendar.
6. The class should open in a new tab and away you go!

If something happens and you cannot come to the class, you can tell us! Please let us know.
