How can I extend my Free Trial?

If you need more time to explore our platform, you can extend your Free Trial for an additional 7 days.

Steps to Extend Your Trial:

1. Log In: Sign in to your E2 account.
2. Check for Pop-ups: Often, an "Extend Your Trial" window will appear automatically upon login.
3. Manual Extension: If you don't see a pop-up, navigate to the top right corner, click on your Name, and select Student Profile.
4. Locate Expiry Date: Scroll down to the Expiry Date field and click the Extend Free Trial button.
5. Complete the Survey: Answer a few quick questions to finalize your 7-day extension.

Important Note: You are eligible for one 7-day extension per account. After this period, you will need to upgrade to a paid package to maintain access to your materials and practice scores.
