Can I pause my account?



Yes, that's possible!


If you need a break from your test preparation, you can pause your account for up to 6 months. You can do this a maximum of 2 times.


First, go to "My Account" in the top right-hand corner of your dashboard.




Open your Account Settings.


Click on "Pause Account" and select the duration.



You will see a confirmation which shows the date your account will be reactivated.


Review your request and click "Confirm".


When you login you will see a notification appear and you will have the option to resume your account at any time. This will update your time of access again.
