What is the Score Guarantee?

We have launched our 30-day score guarantee for all OET Doctors, OET Nurses, IELTS General, IELTS Academic and PTE Academic students who purchase one of our Bronze, Silver or Gold packages. If you do not increase your exam score across all sub-tests, you can request your money back.

We trust the quality of E2 materials and the capacity of our expert teachers! So we can guarantee you’ll improve your score - or we’ll give you your money back.

How does the Score Improvement Guarantee work?

• As an E2 student, you enroll in and complete the courses in Bronze, Silver or Gold package.
• You stablish a starting score by providing a previous official test score from the test administrator.
• You take the official test after completing all requirements for your specific course.
• If you do not increase your exam score within 30 days of expiration date, contact us via the Support channel.

Note that in order to be eligible for the 30-day Score Improvement Guarantee, you agree that you must have done all of the following:

• completed the post-registration questions and provided previous exam scores during sign-up
• completed all of the course material activities and practice tests
• completed all mini mock or mock tests included in your package, including your speaking appointment
• completed all assessments included in your package
• attended all tutorials included in your package
• requested the refund within 30 days of completing your exam (maximum 30 days from your package expiry date)
• contacted our Support Team via our contact form and included a copy of your score report (dated within the last 30 days)

Note: refunds only apply to the initial cost of the package or any upgrade fee paid to access the package and does not apply to any additional add-ons, extensions or course switch fees incurred with us.

It may take us up to 5 business days after acknowledging receipt of your request for a refund to make a determination as to your eligibility to receive a refund under the ‘30-Day Score Guarantee’ and, if approved, the funds may take 5-10 business days to reach your account, depending on your bank’s processing times.
