How do I get the score guarantee?


If you have completed all the resources in your Bronze, Silver or Gold package (all practice exercises, watched all lessons, submitted all your assessments and booked all your 1:1 sessions) and you still didn't increase your score compared to your attempt before E2, we will refund your purchase.


Please reach out to our Student Success team and share your score reports - the most recent one and the one from before E2. We'll evaluate and check your account. If it's all under the conditions, you will receive your refund.


Please note that the request must be made within 30 days after your most recent test attempt.
