If you need time off from your studies or your test has been delayed, you may be able to temporarily pause your account.
We can suspend your account for no longer than the remaining validity of your package. For example, if we are in March 2021 and your package expires in May 2021, we will only be able to suspend your account for 2 months.
If you are happy with this, please contact Student Support and describe the issue you are facing with your account and we will do our best to help you. Once we have accepted the suspension of your account, we will immediately suspend your account and we will ask you to contact us at the agreed-upon date to ask for the re-activation of your account.
Please note that you won't have access to your account until you contact us for the re-activation. Lastly, you will not be able to suspend your account from your platform so it is important that you contact Student Support to begin this process.
