If you booked a 1:1 appointment but it didn't work out, you can reset it so that you can book it again. 

Depending on the circumstances, you may need to pay a fee. See below for details.


If a fee is needed to book again, it is $39USD for Tutorials and $15USD for other appointment types.

If you miss the session:


This means you did not cancel or reschedule, and you did not turn up on time. 

Your teacher was waiting for you so you will need to pay a fee to book again. 


You can cancel or reschedule if it is more than 24 hours in advance. Please read How do I cancel or reschedule a 1:1 appointment?


You must click the Zoom link at the time of your booking. The time is in YOUR local timezone as stated in the confirmation email and under 'Appointments' in your E2 Test Prep account.




If you have not followed the steps to prepare:


This means you had technical trouble because you did not follow the the steps in your confirmation email, or on the Help page How do I prepare for a 1:1 appointment.

Your teacher was waiting for you so you will need to pay a fee to book again. 


In case you didn't receive the confirmation email, the link to How do I prepare for a 1:1 appointment
was in the pop-up when you booked, and in the appointment details under 'Appointments' in your E2 Test Prep account.



If there are UNEXPECTED technical issues on your side:

 

This means you followed the steps in How do I prepare for a 1:1 appointment, but you still had technical trouble on the day. 

You can book again without a fee, but we can only allow this once.


Please follow our support team advice to avoid this happening again.




If there are technical issues on our side:


This means there were issues in our communication or the teacher experienced technical issues on the day. 

You can book again without a fee.
