If you are unhappy with your account purchase and you would like to deactivate and receive a refund, we will need to assess your history before we can confirm this is possible. 

Payment upfront:

If you paid the entire cost of your package before you started, a refund may be possible under the following circumstances:

  • you purchased in the last 10 days
  • you have not used any resources

Please note, a $30 USD administration fee may apply. 

If you have used any of the resources you paid for, we would not usually offer a refund, much the same as a retail returns policy won't apply to an item that has been used. 

Payment in installments:

If you chose to pay via installments (via Splitit), we cannot offer any refunds or cancellations of future installments. if you have any concerns about your Splitit payments, please email us at [email protected]
