If you are having trouble with the in-platform recording widget, you will need to upload an audio file manually.
Firstly, make sure you are using Google Chrome as your browser.
Press Start on the activity page.
Please note the Microphone icon at the top right corner of your browser - click it to see the further options.:
Choose Always block microphone access and click Done. Then refresh the page.
You will find the icon will update to show you have denied access.
You should now see an Upload button. You can now record audio with another device (e.g. your phone), or in a different program, and upload the audio file manually.
If you would like the option to record again, you will need to revert the changes you have made. You will need to clear your cache, then check the “allow the microphone” option, click “Done” button and refresh/reload the page.
