We are sorry to hear that you are having issues with recording.  Please make sure that you are using Google Chrome on a desktop computer or a laptop.  If you are using an external microphone, we suggest that you try another microphone to ensure that it is not a hardware issue.

2. Enable your microphone on Google Chrome

3. Upload your speaking assessments manually
