If parts of the course don't look right, or you are having trouble viewing a particular section, please go through the following steps:


1. Make sure you are using a computer or laptop, not a phone or tablet, to view the site.

2. Switch to Google Chrome. Our platform is optimised to operate best using this browser.

3. Try clearing your Chrome cache and history.

4. Click on the "Help" tab on your student platform and then click the "System checker" tab. Move through all the questions and take a screenshot of each one as you complete it; take a screenshot of the device details at the bottom and send these to us.

5. Make sure you do not have a pop-up blocker enabled.

6. Send us a screenshot(s) of the question or section that you are having a problem with.


Lastly, if none of the above is helping you, please contact our support team including your screenshot(s) and a short description of the issue. One of our Support Members will be out to help you ASAP!
