4. **Troubleshooting:** If you do not see the email within a few minutes of purchasing, check your **Spam or Junk folder** as it can sometimes be misrouted there.
5. **If you still cannot find it:** Contact the Student Success team and provide a screenshot of your payment receipt, the name used for the purchase, and the last four digits of the card used. If the order cannot be found under the email address you contacted us from, the email entered during checkout may contain a typo. Also check any other email addresses you may have used, since the download link may have been sent there.
