# What is a live class?
E2 Live Classes are interactive, expert-led sessions designed to bridge the gap between solo study and real-world success. Whether you are tackling PTE, IELTS, OET, CELPIP & General English Skills, our classes provide the strategy and practice you need to succeed.
### **What can I learn?**
We host sessions every week covering the core components of English proficiency:
* **Test-Specific Skills:** Targeted strategies for Reading, Writing, Listening, and Speaking.
* **The Fundamentals:** Deep dives into Grammar and Pronunciation.
* **Skill Building:** Focused sessions on Vocabulary and Language Interpretation.


### **How the Classes Work**
Our classes use a **Zoom Webinar** format, creating a focused but interactive environment for 20–200 students.
* **Expert Guidance:** An E2 expert leads you through actual practice questions and skill-building exercises.
* **Active Participation:** While only the teacher is on camera, you aren't just a spectator. You’ll use the **Chat Box** to answer questions and can even volunteer for **live speaking activities** (microphone required).
* **Local Scheduling:** No need to do time zone math! All classes on your dashboard are automatically displayed in your local time.


### **How to Join a Session**
Ready to jump in? Follow these simple steps:
1. **Check your Dashboard:** View upcoming sessions in the **HOME** section of your account.
2. **Register:** Click **REGISTER** on your chosen class. If you have a Bronze, Silver, or Gold package, you have **unlimited** registrations.
3. **Finalize in Zoom:** Once registered, click **JOIN CLASS** to complete the Zoom sign-up. You will receive a confirmation email with your unique entry link.
4. **Launch:** At class time, simply click the link in your email or the button on your dashboard. Use the link from the confirmation or reminder email rather than entering the webinar ID manually.
5. **If the link asks for an ID or shows an error:** Check that you are joining at the scheduled class time, then try the link from the latest reminder email or from your dashboard. If the webinar has expired or the problem continues, take a screenshot of the error and contact support with the class title and scheduled time.
**Pro Tip:** If you have a limited number of class credits and can no longer attend, be sure to **Cancel** your registration so you can use that credit for a future session!

### **Missed a Class? Watch the Replay**
Don’t worry if life gets in the way. We record every Live Class so you can study at your own pace.
* **Availability:** Replays are available for **2 weeks** after the live session.
* **Access:** Paid users can find these under **ONLINE CLASSES -> RECORDED CLASSES** on the student dashboard. If you have already opened a recording, it moves from **Unwatched** to **Watched**—select the **Watched** tab to find it again. Recordings are not sent by email.
* **If the live class was cancelled:** A recording with the same content will be uploaded under the **Recorded Classes** tab.
* **Troubleshooting:** If a recording does not load, try Google Chrome, clear your browser’s cache and cookies, log in again, or open it in an Incognito window. You can also try a different internet connection. If the issue continues, provide a screenshot and the titles of the affected classes.
