What happens if I cannot attend my small group class?

Cancel registration for a Group Class more than 24 hours away: 

If your Group Class is 24 hours away or longer, you can 'Unregister' from it. 

Go to ONLINE CLASSES -> GROUP CLASSES and you will see this class added back as 'Credit' in your account. 

Cancel a Group Class less than 24 hours away:

If you have purchased a Group Class but are no longer make that time, or you are having technical troubles, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to help with any technical issues or in the instance that this is not possible, endeavour to organise another Group Class for you to attend instead. 

Unfortunately, we will not be able to refund your payment. 

Please note that if you are unable to let us know prior to the starting time of your Small Group Class, we will not be able to organise a replacement class for you.
