# How to switch to desktop mode

If you prefer working on your mobile or tablet but facing any kind of technical issues with the mobile version, simply switch to desktop version. 

Regardless of your device, we recommend that you use GOOGLE CHROME to access E2 because it works better with the platform.

If you are logged in, LOG OUT first. After switching, log in again.
