How do I submit my assessments?

Only students who are on Bronze, Silver, Gold, Writing Intensive, and Speaking Intensive packages receive assessments to complete for expert feedback on speaking or writing tasks.


Free, Express, and Express+ students can purchase a limited number of assessments for expert feedback.


You will find speaking and writing assessments under the 'ASSESSMENTS' tab of your left sidebar menu.


You will need to submit them via the portal and wait for feedback from your teacher. You will get an email notification of your feedback.

Please allow 48 hours for feedback. Need your feedback sooner? You can purchase the expedited feedback service and receive your feedback within 24hrs (more information below).



How to submit your assessments:


  1. Log in to your account. Make sure to use Google Chrome to access E2.


  1. Go to 'ASSESSMENTS' located on your left sidebar menu:



  1. The assessment names are clickable links. Click on the assessment name to open and complete your assessment.



**PLEASE NOTE: **


If you have AdBlock installed to your browser, your assessments will not load. You need to disable AdBlock for this site.


  1. Click Submit to submit your assessments. Once submitted, please wait 48 hours for your feedback to be processed.



How to get expedited feedback:


  1. For expedited feedback, click the box first and then press the 'submit' tab:


  1. You will be redirected to our payment processing portal (you can pay with Google Pay, Alipay, or by entering your card details)
  2. Refer back to your "Feedback" tab in your account, and you will see a 'tick' under your expedited column for confirmation
