# How do I join or unregister to a Live Class?

Depending on the package you choose, you will have access to a certain number of Live Classes. You can choose the classes you register for, and you can register for them at any time within the validity of your package. If you run out of Live Classes you can buy more. 

## **Step 1: Register**
To register for a Live Class, click on the **__REGISTER__** link on your student dashboard or in your LIVE CLASSES tab:


## **Step 2: Join**
You will receive an email notification containing the link to join, and another email reminder just before the class.

You will also be able to join from the platform. Click on the class and a pop-up with the link will appear:

IF IT DOES NOT OPEN - see instructions above about testing Zoom. During the test, download Zoom then try to access the class again.

## How to cancel a Live Class registration
If you register for a class and then change your mind or realise you cannot attend, you can cancel your registration at any point up to a couple of hours before the class begins. You only need to do this if you're on a package with limited live classes.
Please go to LIVE CLASSES, click on JOIN CLASS and then UNREGISTER on the below right corner.
